Our company is seeking a Project Coordinator with a proven track record of managing high-pressure, fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will help manage our team of professionals, dealing with a variety of projects and tasks. We are looking for an organized person with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain a high level of internal and external communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the logistics of projects and make adjustments as required on an as-needed basis.
• Work at along side the client, sales & technical staff, and other vendors.
• Work closely with the internal communications team to ensure timely, accurate communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Determine and assign tasks to others, as required.
• Maintain and update project schedules, task details, and notes on project status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
